The fully documented story of Thomas H. Welch, who fell to his death a distance of 55 feet. He remained under water for at least three-quarters of an hour before his body was located. He was raised to life by the prayer of faith and was back to work the same week! This is truly one of the greatest miracles of the 20th century.

The second part of the Welch story covers the history of fifteen years that Leon Willis experienced with Thom Welch. During that time special miracles took place in various parts of the USA. Also it defines his contribution to the advancement of the Pentecostal movement.
